Kids Club Attendant

Hilton is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to supervise and assist children participating in hotel activities, including arts and crafts and swimming, as part of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assist families with their needs and respond to requests regarding the programs.
• Supervise child activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the kid’s club area, including emptying trash, cleaning activities, and vacuuming floors.
• Create monthly calendars of events and activities and set up weekend craft tables on cabana lawns.
• Handle payments, including credit cards and cash transactions.
• Report suspicious persons, activities, or hazardous conditions to security.
• Provide general public assistance, instruction, and guidance for guests.
