Penerangan pekerjaanConduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Analyze customer profiles, transactions, and documentation to identify potential risks and suspicious activities. Perform periodic reviews and risk assessments on new and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve KYC-related issues and ensure smooth onboarding. Stay updated on AML / KYC regulations, policies, and procedures. Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements as needed.

Job Summary
We're looking for a KYC Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) to join team in Malaysia. In this role, you'll conduct CDD / EDD, assess customer risk, and ensure regulatory compliance—particularly for Mandarin-speaking clients. If you're detail-oriented, fluent in Mandarin, and passionate about financial crime prevention, we’d love to have you on board!
