Overview

CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 professionals and provides services to institutional clients across Europe, including Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions. CACEIS Investor Services PERES is a third‑party fund servicing business delivering corporate fund administration, fund accounting, transaction management and shareholder services to Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure Funds and other PERES structures. Working hours are 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM. Region : Europe.

What will you do?

People Management

  • Drive people initiatives through the formulation of development plans with the team managers to build a talent pipeline.
  • Set clear expectations and goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and encourage employees.
  • Acknowledge and appreciate employees' contributions.
  • Support career growth and advancement.

Project Management

  • Drive key projects for the department with the Business Analyst and operations teams and act as an escalation point for key risk areas within a project.
  • Provide clear roles, responsibilities and expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Anticipate and manage changes to project scope or requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and improve project quality throughout the life cycle.
  • Developing Future Plans

  • Anticipate growth and changes, devise plans to adjust and build a sustainable operating model in the long term.
  • Identify future risks and uncertainties associated with future plans.
  • Define strategies and initiatives to address key challenges and opportunities.
  • Use SWOT analysis to inform future strategies and decision-making.
  • What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have

  • Minimum 10 years in relevant financial services with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Good knowledge of Fund / Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general.
  • Prior exposure to Operational Risk and risk monitoring tools.
  • Strong managerial skills with a proven track record of managing change.
  • Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of Fund / Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general and familiarity with illiquid asset classes such as real estate, private equity and private debt in an administrative or accounting environment.
  • Exceptional people management and development credentials.
