R&D Executive

1.Position Objective

a. To plan, organize and implement activities in the SBU in supporting and achieving the company product research and development.

b. To ensure continuous improvement on development existing product, new product and new raw material sourcing.

c. To ensure products complaince to Food Act & Regulation

2.Key responsibilities & accountabilities

a. To implement the company Quality and Safety Management System (GPM,HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001, ISO organic relevant certificate)

b. To research & develop company and OEM request product formulation for Coffee , premix drinks & Tea drinks (specialty tea) by organize and conduct sendory evaluation panels to assess consumer acceptability.

c. To re-formulation or improve existing product upon request.

d. To source for new raw material and alternative supplier with cost effective.

e. To issue New Raw Material Part Code Application Form and Purchase Requisition (PR) for the first raw material purchase and monitor the process upon receipt.

f. To conduct shelf life evaluations and manage the product specification database to ensure regulatory compliance and quality control for new product introductions.

g. To coordinate laboratory analyses (nutritional testing) to support the development and validation of new product.

h. To act interval design artwork checker for reviewing and verifying packing design artwork prior to final approval.

i. To handle company barcode registration to ensure accurate product identification

j. To caarry out other tast given by superior
