Responsibilities

Communicate with drivers to coordinate trip schedules, truck planning, and arrangements according to customer requirements.
Monitor daily truck movements and provide timely updates to the administrative team.
Key in and update the transport management system with daily truck movements and trip information.
Assist in ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise during transportation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with customer delivery expectations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to truck movements, driver activities, and trip statuses.
Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery notes and transportation documentation, is completed accurately.
Support any other logistics and transport-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

1 year of working experience in logistics or transportation is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills, especially in coordinating with drivers and other team members.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with transport management systems or logistics software is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
