Land Surveyor

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related engineering field Minimum 0-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the construction or real estate industry Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and levelling instruments Strong technical skills in land surveying, Utility Survey, and data analysis Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team at UKUR TANAH JAZ' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our land-related projects and ensuring accurate measurements and data collection. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting land surveys, Utility Detection Survey and measurements using various surveying equipment and techniques
- Producing detailed survey plans, Utility Detection Plans, maps, and reports
- Interpreting survey data and assisting with the design and planning of land development projects
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as engineers and project managers, to ensure the successful completion of land-related projects
- Maintaining and calibrating surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Complying with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
