Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst
As a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization. You will collaborate with various business units to understand key processes and ensure that the company complies with relevant regulatory requirements, Group IT policies, and established standards.

As a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization. You will collaborate with various business units to understand key processes and ensure that the company complies with relevant regulatory requirements, Group IT policies, and established standards.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage master data to support ongoing business operations.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems in line with defined business rules and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and support personnel to align master data processes with operational needs.
- Manage and maintain user access rights across systems in accordance with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA), including conducting periodic user access and system owner reviews.
- Ensure software and license compliance by enforcing IT policies and procedures, and conduct periodic license audits / reviews.
- Address and resolve incident and service request cases, maintaining compliance with SLA timelines.
- Undertake additional or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in a similar or related field.Strong understanding of data flows, data mapping, and data transformation processes.Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.Solid skills in data administration, data governance, and data quality management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks or projects of varying complexity.Self-motivated, independent, and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work under pressure or tight deadlines.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and contribute effectively to group discussions and decision-making.#J-18808-Ljbffr
