Overview
Test Development Engineer at JF Technology Berhad. The role focuses on developing high quality test solutions that involve load board / probe card schematic design, defining and managing PCB layout requirements, test program development, debug, correlation, spike check, qualification / characterization activities to meet High Volume Manufacturing release timelines. Development work may include ATE test platform conversions, test time reductions, yield enhancement, multisite expansions or new silicon test solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high quality test solutions for high volume manufacturing, including load board / probe card schematic design and PCB layout considerations.
- Develop, debug, and optimize test programs; perform correlation, spike checks and qualification / characterization activities.
- Support ATE platform conversions, test time reductions, yield enhancements, multisite expansions or new silicon test solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely release to manufacturing.
