Plant Production Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise daily nursery and greenhouse operations - including planting, plant care, and accurate record -keeping - to ensure plant quality and full accountability.
• Coordinate and manage nursery staff, including task allocation and scheduling.
• Oversee lab operations including inventory, daily activities, and production planning.
• Conduct and document lab and nursery-based experiments to support R&D efforts.
• When required, visit customer fields to evaluate crop performance, assess field conditions, and identify pest / disease issues.
• Compile detailed reports with key observations, data analysis, and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with procurement of lab and field supplies including chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Work with management to implement improved practices for productivity and quality enhancement.
• Serve as the OSH Coordinator, promoting and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
