Job Responsibility

  • Daily Stock Balance Updates via system to Ms Excel template.
  • Share updated lists via social group to sales team. (Indicate if new model or restock items).
  • Generate daily sales report according to given template (by salesperson).
  • Supporting to issue Sales Order when required.
  • Update to HQ purchaser if any price changes by brands.
  • Issue Quotation for corporate enquiries.
  • Checking daily emails for any correspondence.
  • Issue manual Delivery Order (for credit card terminals and some assets related). Required to update Excel file.
  • Generating sales report as per requested by HOD
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by respective superior

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM / STPM
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Possess Office skill and Computer skill (Microsoft Excel)
  • Precision, carefulness and detail mind
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday (WFH) 9am - 1pm
  • Location at Oval Tower Damansara
