Assembly Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

Overview

This role focuses on production output, capacity, cycle time, shipment, quality, load in, Overtime (OT), productivity, process adherence (SOP), and training within the production area.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cycle time, WIP days, output, shipment, quality, productivity, and other metrics to meet goals.
• Follow up the production plan to satisfy internal customer needs.
• Raise productivity, reduce resource waste, and improve 6S.
• Organize action plans to reach targets of the company / department.
• Coordinate quality and productivity improvements in the production area.
• Implement actions to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality system using appropriate quality tools.
• Complete KPIs / KIPs.
• Drive Small Group Activities.

Skills & Competencies
