Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and specifications.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure competitive pricing for management approval.
Monitor stock levels with the Storekeeper and coordinate timely supplier deliveries.
Support sourcing of new items, suppliers, or sub-contractors, and liaise with the Kitchen Department on daily purchases and market lists.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, data, and departmental files / databases.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Purchasing Officer.
Disciplined, with high integrity and self-motivation.
Results-driven and committed to achieving management standards.
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English; Chinese is an advantage.
