Position Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in all aspects of HR. You will provide crucial support in recruitment, HR administration, and employee engagement, ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations. The ideal candidate is a great team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

Onboarding & Offboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires (prepare documentation, conduct orientation). Manage exit clearance procedures for departing employees.

HR Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files in both digital and physical formats.

Data Management : Update and manage HR databases (HRIS). Prepare regular HR reports and presentations as needed.

Employee Support : Serve as the first point of contact for basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Payroll & Benefits Support : Provide administrative support for monthly payroll processing by preparing relevant data. Assist in the administration of employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

Event Support : Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.

Language Proficiency :

Mandatory : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
