LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre
- Provide medical consultation services to patients regarding health screening and diagnostic test results
- Attend to patients with chronic medical conditions
- Provide necessary medical treatment / preventive plan / follow-up
- Conduct health talks
- Conduct in-house staff training when needed
- Collaborate with other medical officers / specialists and support staff
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Audiologist : Perform hearing screening and diagnostic tests; fit and maintain hearing aids; provide counselling and referrals; manage equipment and inventory; ensure MOH guidelines compliance.Nurse (General and Nursing Duties) : Registered Nurse with APC; provide nursing care including basic medical tests; phlebotomy and IV management; assist doctors; ensure MOH guidelines; equipment maintenance; admin and documentation; agency relations support.Registered Nurse (Aged Care) : Assist with resident care, vital signs, glucose monitoring, medication administration, mobility and daily living activities, monitoring changes in health and reporting.Sales / Marketing Lead (Healthcare) : Develop and implement sales strategies; manage leads and customer relationships; promote products / services; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations; analyze market trends and define strategic plans.Imaging Specialist (Medical Imaging) : Operate radiography, CT, MRI, mammography, BMD, fluoroscopy; ensure safety and confidentiality; maintain imaging equipment; provide administrative and agency-support tasks.Support / Administrative Roles : Reception, enrollment, customer service, and agency liaison; document filing and scheduling; assist in agency incentive and events; provide onboarding and after-sales service.Confinement Centre (Neonatal / Nursery Care) : Perform newborn examinations and daily routine care; maintain records; assist Nurse Manager with supplies and equipment; support mother and child health activities.Facilities / Housekeeping : General cleaning and maintenance of offices, patient areas, and facilities; ensure cleanliness and safety; manage schedules and shifts.Job Requirements (Representative)
General Nursing : Diploma / Bachelor in Nursing; APC or license; 5+ years preferred; MOH guideline familiarity; clinical procedures and confidentiality; multilingual is an advantage (English, Malay, Mandarin).Audiology : Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology; 2+ years experience; CT / MRI exposure an advantage; multitasking ability; strong customer service.Imaging / Medical Imaging : Diploma / Bachelor in Medical Imaging or equivalent; 1–2 years’ experience; CT / MRI exposure advantageous; multilingual is a plus.Sales / Marketing : Degree in Marketing / Communications or related field; 5+ years international sales / marketing; healthcare market knowledge preferred; strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.Aged Care / Nursing Support : Diploma / Bachelor in Nursing; APC; shift work capability; multilingual; strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.Confinement Centre Staff : Diploma or SPM; shifts including weekends / public holidays; caring towards newborns and mothers; documentation and health records maintenance.Benefits and Working Arrangements
