What do we need you to do?
- To market and sell Dong Sing Group products in both domestic and global markets and channels. Moreover, be responsible for trading and OEM sales.
- To create plans that lead to growth.
- To have a strong understanding of the company's products and the ability to offer specifics and recommend the best solutions for customers.
- To handle relationships with distributors and customers professionally.
- To constantly investigate new business opportunities and market potentials to increase market share.
- Ensure that all sales objectives are achieved by developing and implementing promotional strategies and sales plans that are in line with the company's business objectives.
- To plan and lead successful sales presentations.
- Skilled in organizing and managing trade exhibitions.
- Sharing and exchanging market information / feedback with the team regularly is necessary for market intelligence.
- Ability to handle ad-hoc duties assigned by top management.
What do we need from you?
Sales experience : Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships / acquisitions, preferably in the B2B sector.Target-driven : Comfortable working under pressure to achieve acquisition targets.Communication skills : Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with potential partners.Analytical mindset : Good numerical and analytical skills to assess opportunities and performance.Relationship builder : Thrives in a role that involves meeting new people and maintaining professional relationships.Multilingual proficiency : Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
