Role Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing content across multiple channels—website, blog, social media, email, and third-party publications. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft narratives that position us as an authority in the SaaS space, while ensuring content is optimized for search, discoverability, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar aligned with company goals, campaigns, and product launches
- Write and edit a variety of content formats : blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, newsletters, and website copy
- Produce thought leadership pieces in partnership with executives and subject matter experts
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
- SEO & Growth Content : Conduct keyword research and build content optimized for organic search and conversion
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine SEO and content strategy
- Collaborate with web and demand-gen teams to improve site traffic, lead quality, and engagement
- Social Media & Community Engagement : Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, IG, Podcast, etc.)
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging social posts, threads, and multimedia content
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry conversations to identify opportunities for engagement
- Collaboration & Thought Leadership : Partner with product marketing to translate technical concepts into clear narratives
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to create content that supports the buyer journey
- Work with PR / communications to secure guest posts, bylines, and media opportunities

Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or techExceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showing long-form and short-form contentStrong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)Experience managing social media channels for a brand, including audience growth and engagementAbility to translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible contentComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teamsOrganized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlinesNice-To-Haves
