Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and site material documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, bills, and legal documents.

Have experience handling Purchase Order and Delivery Order

Coordinate between head office and site staff regarding administrative needs.

  • Support site managers with documentation, approvals, and logistics.
  • Maintain records of material receipts, and equipment usage, etc

    Liaise with vendors for office / site supplies, maintenance, and services.

    Track and maintain company assets at site locations.

    Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for project / site staff.

    Coordinate vehicle arrangements for site visits.

    Ensure proper filing of permits, NOCs, and compliance documents related to the site.

  • Assist in documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations is a plus.
