Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist the General Manager with daily administrative, operational, and management tasks.
  • Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support customer service and finance-related duties, handling day-to-day issues.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Participate in project management and assist in planning and execution.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and serve as a management trainee for future leadership roles.
  • Act as a support role to the Manager, capable of taking over certain decision-making tasks when required.

Job Requirements :

  • Age between 28–35; Chinese candidates are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or finance is required, with at least 1–2 years of management or team leadership experience.
  • Hardworking, resilient, and able to adapt to overtime and weekend on-call duties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to rotate across different functions and take on management responsibilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset.
