Production Manager

This job is all about overseeing factory operations, ensuring products are made efficiently and on time. You might like this job because it involves managing various teams and directly influencing production success!

Responsible for the overall operation of the factory, including production organization, on-time delivery, yield and loss control, labor efficiency management, work-in-progress (WIP) inventory management, and production cycle management.

Manages departments such as Production, Equipment, Process, and Industrial Engineering (IE).

Reports directly to the General Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above；
• At least 5 years of work experience in SMT or automotive electronics；
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages : English or Malay； knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.
• Work experience outside of China
