Senior Staff Engineer Equipment Engineering Test

Own the Productivity and quality KPI and lead improvement projects to meet high performance targets in OEE, Yield, and throughput of the equipment; aligning maintenance strategies with operational targets, while ensuring strict adherence to quality requirements.

Job Description

In your new role, you will :

• Lead and mentor maintenance technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Ensure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production, impacting OEE and delivery.
• Manage test equipment maintenance systematically, oversee actual maintenance activities, and manage maintenance personnel to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
• Establish and / or modify setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure reliable machine uptime for all equipment.
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
• Coordinate all Safety, Health, and Environment activities, including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 audits.
