Our product Leaf CRM ( is a cloud‑based customer relationship management solution.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Executive , you will develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across two core business units : Custom Software Development Services and Leaf CRM, SaaS solution. You will work closely with management, product managers, and sales teams to position our solutions effectively in the market, manage campaigns across digital and offline channels, and support client acquisition and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for Red Ant Technology’s services and Leaf CRM.
• Craft positioning, messaging, and value propositions for custom software services and Leaf CRM features.
• Manage social media, website content, SEO / SEM, newsletters, and paid ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
• Plan and execute webinars, sales enablement materials, and partner co‑marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs such as lead conversion, CAC, and engagement rates.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with design and content teams to produce compelling visuals, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Support business development efforts with pitch decks, case studies, and client communications.
• Manage CRM‑driven marketing workflows (email drips, onboarding, reactivation, etc.) for Leaf CRM users.
