1. Clinical & Patient Care Support

  • Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate data entry in the system.
  • Assist doctors in preparing patients for consultation and minor procedures.
  • Manage patient flow and appointment scheduling.
  • Dispense prescribed medications and provide basic instructions under supervision.
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness, stock management, and infection control compliance.

2. Administration & Operations

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
  • Maintain proper filing of patient records and documentation.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • 3. Marketing & Business Development

  • Support clinic's digital marketing initiatives (social media, WhatsApp broadcast, website updates).
  • Assist in creating promotional content and patient education materials.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs, health talks, and campaigns.
  • Collect patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor marketing performance and report results to management.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
