Technical Delivery Manager – Focus on Software Development & Production Support

Lead end-to-end software development and L3 production support for core banking systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and high-quality code delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group, with a focus on L3 production fixes.
• Manage production problems and incidents, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support.
• Ensure quality assurance of team delivery in conformance with defined software delivery methodology and tools.
• Partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
• Act as the focal point for technical resolutions while managing incident, problem, and knowledge management processes.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve outstanding issues.
• Manage third-party product vendors and integration partners to ensure timely and high-quality code fix deliveries.
• Design metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators.
• Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements for functionality and optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues, review code, and perform unit testing with production support teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize problem remediation work.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives in methods, tools, architecture, project management, and governance.
