Meta Ads Asset Configuration Specialist

We\'re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Asset Configuration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is specifically open to candidates based in Malaysia who are fluent in both Chinese and English.

You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing a portfolio of Meta advertising assets—including Facebook accounts, Business Managers, Pages, Ad Accounts, and more—to support the smooth operation of AI-driven ad campaigns through our platform.

This is a remote position based in Malaysia, with the opportunity to grow into a team leadership role as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure multiple Facebook personal accounts, ad accounts, and business assets.
• Follow a structured SOP to set up asset groups, including : associating Facebook accounts with Business Managers (BM); applying for and binding ad accounts; granting page permissions and assigning assets within BM; registering and authorizing Lexi platform accounts.
• Ensure the stability and security of advertising assets by maintaining clean IP environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset restrictions or platform changes.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure seamless ad operations.
