Solution Architect (Cloud Solutions)

Job Purpose

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that align with customer business needs. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, supporting clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Our SAs work closely with experts from all seven cloud providers , gaining rare multi-cloud exposure and technical experience that is unmatched in the industry .

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance solutions and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.
• Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by the Business Development Director.
• Ensure high standards of technical documentation and solution delivery.
