In this role, you will monitor key performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. You will lead your team towards flawlessly achieving our Operational Objectives, including Outstanding Customer Experience, Sales Efficiency, Optimized Revenue, Inventory Management, and Professional Development.   • Master’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with supply chain management
  • Proven track record of implementing successful customer success strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
