As we scale, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and secure new customers, trade lanes and routes.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, NVOCCs and key accounts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with operations, finance and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team as the business expands.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in container shipping, NVOCC, freight forwarding or logistics.Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully acquiring new business.Seniority level
