The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the F&B, retail, or hotel industry.Proven track record of scaling multi-location operations and achieving business growth.Able to work in the HQ Office at Johor Bahru.#J-18808-Ljbffr
