We are looking for experienced, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team This role is perfect for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for success. You'll proactively cold call potential restaurant clients to set meetings, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform high-volume outbound calls daily to engage and convert potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals
- Follow a structured sales script while confidently handling phone conversations and managing objections
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas, unlocking uncapped performance-based commissions
- Identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and build strong relationships to close deals
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prospects using tools like Salesforce, CRM, and Google Sheets
- Track and report performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure consistent growth
What You Need :
At least 3 years of proven sales experience in SaaS or a similar industryFluent English & Mandarin communication skills (business-level proficiency)Experience in a quota-based sales environment with a track record of successFamiliarity with the sales process, sales cycle, and methodologiesStrong organizational, decision-making, and negotiation skillsComfortable handling rejection, managing objections, and closing deals confidentlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaborativelyMust be available to work night shift from (2 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM)Nice-to-Haves :
