Job Description

BROAD FUNCTIONS :

• Plan, coordinate and follow-up sputter system start-up / conversion activities and related process documentation.
• Audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, including online SPC and procedure conformance.
• Lead sputter process related issues, troubleshoot with the shift process team in sputter process sustaining, troubleshooting and improvement to achieve sputter utilization (down time), yield and quality goals.
• Lead Sputter Process Improvement Projects (SU / STT / Cost / Quality / PPH and others), including new products / machines / process qualification.
• Lead, supervise and coach / train process technicians, including engineering specialists and characterize technicians.
