MyPulse is a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS platform in Malaysia, helping online sellers on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more to scale their business with confidence. What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa)
  • Strong presentation abilities with confidence in engaging prospects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage, but not required — full training will be provided for the right candidate

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our growth — from identifying potential clients and reaching out via calls, to introducing MyPulse solutions in a clear and impactful way. You will engage prospects, schedule product demos, and support them through every step of adopting our platform. This role is vital in helping businesses scale their eCommerce operations with MyPulse. If you’re passionate about consultative selling, building meaningful relationships, and making a real difference in business growth, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand business challenges and recommend MyPulse solutions that best fit client needs.
  • Product Showcasing – Arrange and conduct product demos, delivering presentations to highlight the value and advantages of MyPulse.
  • Sales Conversion – Negotiate effectively and close deals to onboard new prospects.
  • Client Engagement – Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Insights – Keep track of eCommerce trends and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies.
