  • Job Description :
  • Employees in this job provide the highest level of consultative support on the corporation's collaboration tools and services. Employees have a strong understanding of Business Users Needs and Requirements, the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the best practices with respect to the planning, design, implementation and use of SaaS (Software as a Service) tools and processes. They set direction and provide critical support in the strategic and tactical planning for the tools and techniques, established strong vendor management relationship for the evaluation and recommendations for selection of tools; construct and develop user's training and education; MOC experts to support the tools deployment and retirement of existing services.

    2.Job Responsibilities :

    • Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies, tools and services, the potential business impact, and facilitates adoption of leading technologies
    • Performs technical troubleshooting with the customers and vendors on issue resolution and continuous improvement on the reliability of the services
    • Suggests alternate technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently and / or with greater reusability and / or longer life.
    • Fosters collaborative relationships with the SaaS vendors, practitioners and industry organizations with an emphasis on business user's satisfaction
    • Maintains an awareness of the user's needs and initiatives and identifies key business implications and impacts.
    • Aligns and partners with project management and solutions architect to identify potential roadblocks and develop plans to overcome them.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending technical forums; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies to gather information and insights
    • Aid in driving stability and innovation with the user's current and future state to create solutions based on client requirements.
    • Helps drive appropriate product enhancements and changes to technology roadmaps
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • 3.Primary skill set : -

      Skill Requirements :

    • Extensive industry knowledge and experience in the implementation and use of information technology and collaborations tools
    • Strong knowledge in security and controls
    • Knowledge and understanding of SaaS technology is available to determine and develop solutions.
    • Strong understanding of low-code platforms and their capabilities
    • Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and their applications.
    • Knowledge in virtualization including but not limited to VMware, V Cloud Suite, APIs development and consumption
    • Knowledge of current information technology initiatives and strategies.
    • Knowledge of cloud environment and technology
    • Considerable technical problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work with the vendor community and managed services providers in the business
