Position : Corporate Finance, Valuation – Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial due diligence and business valuation engagements across M&A, financial modelling, financial reporting and disputes.
• Understand key business drivers, analyse financial and non‑financial data, identify critical findings and derive insightful recommendations.
• Assist in assessing assumption reasonableness and navigating financial models.
• Coordinate closely with other GT departments and external advisors.
• Coaching, supervising and developing junior team members.
• Contributing to business development initiatives – opportunity identification, proposal development and market research.
