Job Responsibility
- Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential property development projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the review of construction documents, contracts, and other legal agreements.
- Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the team in managing relationships with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and analysis to evaluate project profitability and investment returns.
