Kindergarten Assistant Principal

Scope of Works

The Assistant Principal is responsible in assisting the principal to manage day to day operations, creating a safe learning environment for teachers, and students.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for efficient and smooth running of the school.
• Monitor and maintain an overview of the curriculum and co-curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for the children.
• Ensure overall well-being and safety of the children, responsible for regular good communication with every parent.
• Constantly inspire and motivate teachers and ensuring that they are passionate and proficient in teaching young children.
• Orients and assist new staff and new students and provide opportunities for their input in the school.

Location : Kindyland Tropicana Golf & Country Resort
