Senior Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

Key Duties

Clean and maintain the swimming pool and surrounding area.
Ensure that all pool equipment (pumps, auto dosing system, filtration system, control panels, etc) is in good working order and report any maintenance issues.
Perform water tests and maintain proper water chemistry levels in the pool.
Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork and daily reports.
Attend to other maintenance issues around the school as instructed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities executives.

Personal Characteristics

Knowledgeable in facilities maintenance, primarily in swimming pool operations and maintenance.

Able to deal courteously with people.

Skilled in both written and verbal communication.

Able to maintain confidentiality.

A genuine interest in young people and their wellbeing.

Affinity with the School’s boarding ethos and with the values of Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar.
