TASK LIST FOR THE ROLE
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level network support for Network International
- Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems in the production network environment
- Support various network projects
- Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
Participate in weekends, public holidays, and on-call support

Essential Skills
Technical, methodology, and business skills include :
Networking knowledge with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (Cisco CCNP level) with skills in topics such as :Network protocols : MPLS, BGP / multiprotocol BGP, OSPF, multicast routing (PIM, MSDP)Layer-2 network technologiesProduct knowledge for Cisco Nexus, Catalyst series, Cisco ASR, and ISR routers and their operating systemsImplementation and configuration of Cisco Software Defined infrastructuresSD-WAN, SDA, WLAN (including Meraki)Network management technologies like SNMP, SYSLOG, IP SLA, NetFlowPersonal Skills :
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable trainingHigh level of responsibility, team ability, and initiativeGood communication skills and strong analytical skills, with a passion for solving complex questions and learning new topics. Contribute effectively as a team player in an agile environment.
