About the role

As a Sales Engineer (SMT / Semiconductor) at Ked Tech, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth within the SMT / semiconductor engineering industry. This full-time position is based in Penang and will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning equipment solutions.

What you'll be doing

Actively engaging with clients to understand their requirements and pain points
Providing technical expertise and support to help clients select the most appropriate products and services
Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to showcase Ked Tech's offerings
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the SMT / semiconductor industry

Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin
