What You Will Be Doing :

  • Identify and pursue new business with private and public organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate Jura products to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Staying informed about the company's products or services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance, and client feedback to superior.

What This Role Will Require :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven sales record.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • A highly motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Passion for all things coffee and technology will be an advantage.
