The Assistant Team Manager, Flow Acquisition Monitoring Malaysia, supports the team lead in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, focusing on team coordination, task management, and operational efficiency. This role contributes to fostering a motivated and collaborative work environment, assisting in employee development and supporting team performance.

What will you do?

Production and Supervision

Assist the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations of the FAM team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

• Coordinate and monitor team tasks, including shift scheduling, leave management, and capacity planning, to maintain adequate coverage and meet deadlines.
• Support and guide team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance skills, performance, and development.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process workflows, and ensure accurate documentation for operational continuity.

Monitoring and Escalation

Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues within the team, assisting in timely identification and resolution of data flow anomalies.

Risk Management

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to reduce operational risks.
