Our client is a reputable building contractor with a strong presence in residential, commercial, and mixed development projects. With a robust pipeline of projects, they are seeking a Contract Manager & Assistant Manager to strengthen their team.
about the role
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of contract and commercial management across building projects - from tender stage to final account.
- Oversee pre- and post-contract management activities
- Handle tendering, contract review, claims, variations, and cost control
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters
- Manage progress claims, payments, and final accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors
