Requirements : Requirement :
1-2 years of experience in operations or logistics preferred
Basic knowledge of shipping software
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Physically fit and able to handle shipment movement using pallet jack
Willing to work overtime
Able to start immediately is preferred
Scopes : Job Scope :
1) Handling weekly stock inbound and other ad hoc inbound of packing materials, from loading bay to level 2
2) Stock movement within office
3) Wrapping SKU / parcels
4) Packing parcel, labelling & scanning parcel details into the system
5) Process inbound shipment; break bulk / sorting / counting / scanning / weighing
6) Process outbound shipment; scanning / label printing & pasting
7) Daily bagging / palletizing of shipment and bringing it down to loading bay
8) Process return shipment; break bulk / sorting / packing
9) Any other task, as required
