Overview
Assist in all legal and corporate compliance matters of the group of Senheng New Retail Berhad.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation and drafting to execution, monitoring and closure.
- Assist in due diligence reviews for contracting parties, including anti-bribery and corruption, non-disclosure agreements and information security appendix management.
- Maintain and update proper documentation and databases of contracts and records of all supporting materials.
- Assist contract review policy and framework, and collaborate with all departments to drive compliance.
- Assist in conducting necessary legal research to stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations in terms of Corporate Governance compliance.
- Assist in other corporate compliance initiatives including Annual Reports, Board Presentations and other Company Secretary documents.
