Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including :
• Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads, Tik Tok, LinkedIn
• Search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
• Affiliates
• Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)
• Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
• Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives
• Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
• Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion oriented ones
• Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
• Share best practices with peers within group
• Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs
• Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms
• For 6 months to Train the digital implementer to do digital scheduling and ad-ops. Will work on performance marketing together with the digital implementation from start.
