Personal Assistant to CEO (Based in Quezon City, Philippines)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and execution of directives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
  • Experience in agribusiness or poultry industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
