Able to work independently and manage a small team effectively. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping.
Overview
- Manage and maintain all production facilities, including BRC machine, batching plant, and precast yard.
- Optimize production processes, logistics, and output efficiency to meet project timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and ensure timely restocking.
- Implement and oversee efficient stacking, handling, and storage of precast elements.
- Plan and execute machinery maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train and supervise foreign workers on safe and proper operations.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout all production processes.
