Mandarn Speaking Business Development Manager (SG ID Firm-Start Up Branch in Johore MY)-GG

Requirements :

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, property, or related sectors
• Strong network and market knowledge across Malaysia (especially Johor)
• Excellent communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
• Independent, confident, and willing to travel (including to Singapore occasionally)

Basic :

Executive Level : RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 / month

Manager Level : RM 12,000 – RM 18,000 / month

Commission / Incentives : To be structured based on project acquisition and revenue targets

Working Days : Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days, 44 hours work week

Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days, 44 hours work week. 9am to 6 pm for Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm for Saturday.
