We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team at Muji Malaysia Sdn Bhd, located in Mid Valley Megamall. The role involves preparing beverages, ensuring a clean work environment, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, pastries, and sandwiches.
• Greet and engage customers, processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including espresso machine, counters, and display cases.
• Support retail store operations, including opening / closing duties and housekeeping.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales budgets.
• Monitor and check goods with expiry dates; perform stock rotation (FIFO).
• Provide feedback on fast‑moving and slow‑moving stock.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Carry out cashier duties when required, including reporting price errors and operating cash registers.
• Promote menu items based on customer preferences and needs.
• Collect and report customer feedback to management.
• Control stock inventory, perform regular checks, and update system figures.
• Execute ad‑hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
