Key Responsibilities

• Manage the leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, meeting logistics and conference calls.
• Coordinate and organize travel arrangements and expenses, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate
• Act as the primary administrative liaison for the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate with IT to facilitate the set up and delivery of laptops and necessary hardware
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
• Assist with organising workshops, conferences and initiatives as assigned
• Help coordinate team events, workshops and offsites
• Perform related duties as assigned to support the delivery team(s)
