Job Summary :
We are seeking ahighly skilled DevOps Manager with strong proficiency infull-stack development,including technologies such as PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, , Java, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing both in-house and outsourced software development projects, ensuring the implementation of seamless CI / CD pipelines, effective infrastructure automation, and efficient task and project tracking using tools like ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, and others. A background in ITIL, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities : DevOps Leadership :
- Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage in-house data center & cloud infrastructure and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize DevOps workflows.
Software Development & Code Contribution :
Develop and maintain backend / frontend applications using PHP Laravel, JavaScript , React / Vue), Java, or Python as needed.Review and optimize code for performance, security, and scalability.Assist development teams in debugging and resolving complex technical issues.Project & Task Management :
Use ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, or similar tools to track tasks, sprints, and project milestones.Monitor in-house and outsourced vendor projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Implement Agile / Scrum or Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows.Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.Process Improvement & Compliance :
Apply ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP principles to enhance IT service delivery.Ensure compliance with security best practices (ISOContinuously improve DevOps and development processes for efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications :
More than 5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering with leadership experience.More than 3 years of hands-on programming experience in PHP Laravel, JavaScript ), Java, or Python.Expertise in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD).Strong experience in task management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, Trello).Knowledge of project management frameworks (ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).Familiarity with infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).Prior experience in managing outsourced vendor teams is a plus.Relevant certifications inAWS, Azure, GCP, ITIL, or PRINCE2.Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
